Request Account Deletion

dScribe is provided by Visai Teklabs, a brand operated by EZMOBILE.IN.

Users who have created a dScribe account can request deletion of their account and associated account data.

How to request account deletion

1. In the app:
Open dScribe → Profile → Danger Zone → Request Account Deletion

2. By email:
Email dscribe@ezmobile.in from your registered/login email address with the subject: Account Deletion Request – dScribe

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we delete your dScribe account and associated server-side account data, such as authentication records, backup metadata, entitlement records, and related operational records, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes.

Local-first data on your device

dScribe is a local-first app. Notes, lists, reminders, vault entries, and similar content stored only on your device are not accessible to us through the account deletion request.

Optional Google Drive backup data

If you enabled optional Google Drive backup, you may also need to manage or delete backup data from your Google account, depending on your Google Drive settings and access.

Processing time

We aim to process valid account deletion requests within 7 to 30 days.

Erase local data

dScribe also provides an Erase Local Data option inside the app.

You can access it from dScribe → Profile → Danger Zone → Erase Local Data.

This option erases notes, lists, reminders, vault entries, and similar data stored on this phone. Your dScribe account remains active unless you separately request account deletion.
